The scope of this project was to restore and protect the exterior masonry. This work included: replacing two headers on the second story, patching and repairing all damaged and cracked sections of cast stone, repointing both moving and non-moving deteriorated mortar joints, replacing all exterior caulking joints, and finished up by cleaning the building to remove all algae, lichen and organic growth.
