Building Restoration Inc. is currently seeking a Foreman/Crew Leader with the following qualifications/experience:
- Construction Expertise: Demonstrated experience in the construction industry, coupled with hands-on supervision skills.
- Leadership Abilities: Inspire efficiency utilizing a LEAN mentality and maintain high-quality workmanship within your crew.
- Project Management Skills: Require minimal project assistance and capable of running projects to specifications, schedules and within budget.
- Safety First: Uphold our company’s safety procedures and practices, ensuring a secure work environment for all team members.
- Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for seamless collaboration with team members and customers. Being fluent in both English and Spanish is a plus!
Requirements:
- Reliable, regular, predictable attendance.
- Valid State of Michigan Driver’s License (& Chauffeur’s License) and reliable transportation to and from jobsite.
- Able to lift 80 pounds.
- Able to work at heights exceeding 40 feet.
- Maintains proper control of company vehicles, equipment, materials, tools, etc.
- Communicate with written efficiency and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- MUST BE DRUG FREE
In conjunction with Project Manager, the Foreman/Crew Leader is responsible for onsite performance (quality, cost, and schedule) of the job(s) to which they are assigned. Responsible for running multiple jobs at any given time.
